 | 160 King Street, San Francisco, CA 160 King consists of 325,000 s.f. in five levels of commercial office space over four levels of above grade parking and one level below. The parking slabs utilized flat post tension decks while the office areas took advantage of 45' arched beam spans to minimize the number of columns and maximize useable lease space. |
Oracle World Headquarters, Redwood City, CA We used an onsite pre-cast panel factory to make the skin systems for four, five level parking structures. The owner was able to save 25% on the hard costs of creating the white concrete waffle panel. This specialty onsite pre-casting became a model on other projects for Electronic Arts in Redwood City and Mission towers in Santa Clara. | |
 | Electronic Arts Campus, Phase II, Redwood City, CA This project required our forces to form and place structural shear and core walls with a special board finish and white concrete. To achieve the high level of finish required we utilized our own quality control inspectors to insure that the forms were in good shape, the rebar was placed correctly, and pouring operations were checked off and watched during concrete pours. |
